Our conductor Jeremy Backhouse is regularly praised for his ability to go beyond the notes
on the page, helping you to sing and perform with a real understanding of the emotions
within the music. Soak up the serene, almost monastic lines of the Bruckner Mass in E
minor which we’re matching with the uplifting choral section from the end of Mahler’s
Symphony No. 2 - a truly powerful piece of choral
writing —and a piece that every singer should
