Civic Summer
!

A sunny season of entertainment awaits you at the Guildford Civic. Flicking
through the following pages you'll find details of some excellent live comedy,
brilliant gigs, outstanding classical concerts as well as unusual fairs and
exhibitions and much more besides.

Highlights include the father of British blues John Mayall, back in concert
together with Peter Green. The Millennium Bug puppet show is ideal summer
slapstick for families, bringing laughter, action, songs and muddy mayhem
to the Civic.

The very talented Stars From The Commitments will be

performing classics from the hit film live on stage. Legends in their respective

fields, Hank Marvin and Patrick Moore return to the Civic and comedy fans
will not be disappointed, finding much to laugh about with more top nights
in the Guildford Civic Comedy Tent.

With the ever-increasing growth in access to the internet, the Guildford Civic
is keen to increase its service to customers. Check out our newly designed

web-site which has details of all the season's shows. The Guildford Civic
will shortly be launching an on-line ticketing service to those who wish to
use the internet to book. Tickets can be ordered at any time of the day or
night! To find out more visit us at www.guildford-civic.co.uk.

booking, either in person or over the telephone and, of course, to answer
any of your questions about the exciting events at the Civic.
